Scottish Government Free School Meals - Test of Change

Thank you for participating in the Scottish Government test of change pilot, providing free school meals to those in receipt of Scottish Child Payment in S1 to S3.  The Scottish Government has confirmed that this will conclude at the end of this academic year as planned. This will mean that children in this cohort will no longer receive a free school meal when they return to school in August.  While this may be disappointing to those who took up the offer, the Scottish Government have confirmed that they have begun work on the next phases of the free school meal programme.
