S4 Health and Wellbeing Day

Dear Parents/ Carers

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an upcoming event that will greatly benefit our new 4th-year pupils.

On Thursday 15th June and Friday 16th June we have scheduled Health and Wellbeing workshops for our students. These workshops are specifically designed to support young people in their learning and emotional development. We strongly believe that a well-rounded education goes beyond academics and encompasses the holistic growth of our students. Pupil will be off timetable on either Thursday 15th or Friday 16th and we will share will all pupils soon what day they will take part in these workshops

During these workshops, our 4th-year pupils will have the opportunity to engage in various activities and discussions aimed at enhancing their overall well-being. We want to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the challenges they may encounter during their school years and beyond. By focusing on their mental, emotional, and physical health, we are confident that our students will be better prepared to excel academically.

Furthermore, I want to emphasise that this is not a one-time event. The Health and Wellbeing workshops are part of a planned strategy that will be followed up with additional workshops during Personal and Social Education (PSE) lessons. We understand the importance of continuity and ensuring that our students have ongoing support in their personal and social development.

We kindly request your support and understanding in allowing your child to participate in these workshops. We genuinely believe that investing in their well-being will have a positive impact on their overall educational journey and future success. If you have any concerns or questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are more than happy to address any queries you may have.

Thank you for your cooperation and ongoing partnership in your child's education.
