Parents’ Evening, Calderglen High School
Dear Parent / Carers
This event will be a meet the teacher event in the school building. Parents (the main contact only) can make appointments on schoolcloud through digital devices such as mobile phones, iPads, laptops etc.
I would like to invite you to attend our S3 Parents’ Evening on Tuesday 12th September between 4.15pm and 6.45pm. Each appointment will last for a maximum of 5 minutes, therefore discussions about progress and next steps in learning need to be focused and to the point. Note – there is a maximum of 5 appointments for each learner and the system builds in a minimum of 10 mins transit time between appointments to avoid hot spot and delays.
Appointments can be made from Friday 1st September, from 12noon, until Friday 8th September, 12 noon. Should you wish to make any changes or amendments after this date please contact the school office. You will receive an email confirming your appointments shortly after booking.

Pupil’s Details: First Name; Surname; Date of Birth
